• Home Guard should have completed for 3 years

• Candidate must have a Heavy Driving License
• Minimum qualification should be +2
• Candidate should have passed Odia language in 10th or M.E School level exam
• Good Character

• Written Exam
• Physical Standard Test
• Physical ability Test

• Mode of Exam: The Odisha fireman recruitment 2023 for the post of Fireman and Driver is conducted through online mode in MCQ based.
