Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, resolving and preventing product issues. Will also be responsible for providing product support to clients for any product issues/ queries they may arise.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with the internal systems.

Operational management of clients (e.g. helping loading new data, maintaining and validating dashboard/report outputs, etc).

Resolve issues for customers via phone, in person, or electronically.

Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.

Work with the engineering team for further troubleshooting, bug fixes, or work- around as necessary for product concerns. Also, report common user issues, suggest product improvements and convey important product feedback.

Requirements:
Graduate with 1+yrs of relevant experience in a similar role.

Basic programming skills and web development understanding, e.g. C, C++, JAVAScript, HTML, CSS, SQL.

Skilled at working with large data sets in Excel, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation.

Excellent in Written/Verbal Communication – strong analytical skills.

Should be well versed in excel, Sql queries needed to execute the task successfully.

Should have an eye for detail and escalate exceptions in a timely manner.

Should be able to communicate issues/feature requests with required details.
