About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to handle sales operations for Amazon Pay offline payments.

a) Candidate should setup the inventory operations SOPs.

b) The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions.

c) Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.

d) The candidate needs to be comfortable in executing repeatable processes once operating procedures are set and defined.

e) She/he should have an eagerness to explore new processes/opportunities for creation of new solves for merchant challenges, at scale.

Key job responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Execute sales Ops processes (Ex: Inventory, CRM, reporting etc…) as per business requirements across functions, with full ownership and bring process excellence

2. Work closely with program team in CRM charter (ex: creation of new users) and support roll out of new product features and drive their adoption with partners.

3. Set up following mechanisms for inventory management,

a. Basis sales forecast, work with printing agencies/vendors to ensure no stock out of merchandize, maintain optimal stock.

b. Build allocation logic to optimize for delivery timelines and costs across vendors

c. Define and monitor channel level pilferage/leakage metrics for inventory and work towards its reduction

d. Monitor and Improve SLAs of inventory vendor partners

e. Work with sales/CRM teams to improve inventory management module adoption across channels

f. Handle reconciliation to process payouts every month

4. Be comfortable working with large data sets. Should be able to interpret the data into meaningful actionable outcomes by streamlining current reporting formats by taking business inputs and working with BI teams.
