Salary type: Base salary + 5% commission per client in Canadian dollars + 1-2% residual income in Canadian dollars per ongoing per client.

Work timing: Evening shift for Canada & the U.S.A (EST timing- New York- Toronto)

This is a work from home job that requires the person to work on LinkedIn Sales Navigator (paid software will be provided) and generate leads for the company.

The person will be working in close collaboration with major stakeholders in the company and connecting prospective hot leads/clients to the company people for further meet and greet virtually or in person. The main responsibility of the Business Development person will be to generate leads.

The person can work flex hours. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 6:30 pm to 2:30 am.

We do not require the person to leave his/her current job. They can also do this on the side.

We will set monthly targets for the person to achieve and that is what will be the criteria for Performance Appraisal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • * Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
