Educational Health Care Plan Administrator Job at Buckinghamshire College Group – in Alwal, Hyderabad, Telangana
The overall requirement of an Educational Health Care Plan Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Senior Educational Health Care Plan Co-ordinator and the Educational Health and Care Plan team in accordance to the SEN Code of Practice and the specific processes of Local Authorities. Based in Aylesbury however, this role requires flexibility to work across all campuses when necessary.
The successful candidate will be required to:
To assist the EHCP coordinators to produce all documentation required, e.g. correspondence, to update EHCP , annual review minutes , including preparing reports for circulation within required time frames, data, student documents and handouts in a timely manner ensuring a high level of quality.
To log and respond to all students and parents in regard to annual reviews including setting up meeting appointments as required. including , updating student files, and uploading relevant information on Pro-Monitor
Review and monitor attendance reports in liaison with the team leader.
To manage the EHCP coordinator diaries, organise meetings and schedule appointments.
Sort all incoming post, draft routine written correspondence and deal with enquiries into the team, both in person and on the telephone.
