Our client is an e-retailer of wellness products and provider of personalized ayurvedic consultation to its client.

The wellness company is in business for more than two decades and has been curing patients across the world. They have more than 100 ayurvedic based products for personal care and treating multiple health conditions. The company has blended the ancient science of Ayurveda with modern technology to create medications for common ailments and diseases.

The founder is a visionary and a pioneer in the field of herbal medications and e-commerce. He is a graduate of DU and is responsible for making his company a global brand.

As Customer Care Executive , you will be responsible for working as a first layer of representation for the company customers via all channels of communication, that is, website, social media, email, chat and telephone.

What you will do:
Customer Service

Communicating purpose, core values and vision to customers.

Courteously welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, asking for a prescription from a physician, and take necessary customer details.

Taking bookings for medical consultations.

Educating customers about products and services in a clear manner. Helping customers understand the company products and answer questions.

Following up periodically for repeat orders, or as prescribed.

Complaint Resolution

Helping and assisting customers with their complaints, questions and their reservations, trying to convince customers and qualify queries into leads

Managing issues and escalating complaints to the right desk for fast complaint resolution.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Improving response time to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Taking or Initiating corrective actions as and when necessary. Thinking and adopting new ideas into operations.

Remaining calm if and when the customer is irate. As necessary, escalate and/ or take help.

Being a problem solver and work on customer retention. Ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards every customer at all times.

Billing and invoicing

Providing invoice to customers for their purchase orders

Handling queries around the exchange of goods, sort out payment and billing related queries.

Taking orders, process orders, forms, applications, and requests and process returns

Work Management

Knowing the company products inside and out.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Managing and balancing workloads, setting priorities and ensuring that all benchmarks are met

Working cross-functionally with internal departments.

Adopting a systematic and automated way of working.

Collecting and compiling recurring issues, document cases for management to prioritize as needed.

Striving to increase opportunities for sales/growth through effective customer service.

Providing feedback on the improvements that can be made to the customer service process.

Relationships

Building highly efficient and effective working relationships with team members

Making work engagement a priority

Quality

Making sure all open communications are answered and closed in real-time.

Eliminating the re-incidence of operational issues by creating, documenting and communicating resolutions

Providing feedback on the improvements that can be made to the customer service process.

Never give incorrect information and or make false recommendations

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
Graduate degree or diplomat.

2-3 years of customer service experience.

Proficient with internet applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

Behavioural Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.
