Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective Business Development Executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services

Answer questions about Services or the company

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

Enter and update customer information in the database

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidate must have excellent communication skills in English

Should have 2 to 4 years of B2B outbound calling experience or should be willing to make calls to customers/Clients directly and get an appointment or setup an appointment for Business Development Team.

Should have good internet knowledge for research

Should have at least 2-4 years of co-ordination experience

Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.

5 years experience of working as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.

Excellent communication skills.

Outstanding leadership skills

Good Project Management and Organisational Skills.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM softwares like Zoho, Base CRM, etc.

Excellent Time Management skills.
