AVP role-FP&A Process Trainer Job at Placewell Consultants – in Bengaluru, Karnataka
Roles and Responsibilities
Looking for someone who will be handling all the transition processes from a training point of view and who will be supporting all the transitions for the F&A space.
Requires a person with core FP&A domain knowledge and secondary R2R knowledge
Looking for transitions from a training point of view and has experience of training in the transition space
Not looking for someone with theoretical knowledge but someone who has worked in the outsourcing and operations environment and has handled such processes
The resource should be a domain expert and can be trained on the training aspect of the role
Needs someone that understands the problems in the outsourcing space and how to set up operations
Looking for someone that has trained people in the operations delivery space
Shifts: Needs to be flexible, late nights will be part of this role and is expected
Mandate Tools: Either SAP or oracle and someone who has worked with other automation tools and technology is preferrable.
Mandatory Skills: Needs sound technical skills such as excel and Power BI.
Team Size – 40-50 FTE’s
