Desired Candidate Profile

Good on hand experience of Busy Accounting Software

Clear Practical Accounting concepts

Must have prior experience of handling of accounting entries, vouching, documentation and prior experience in banking.

Good communication skills with good command over English.

Preference for male; though not a constraint.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

Able to handle client / vendor queries independently

Basic working knowledge of GST, provisions of Income Tax Act and PF Rules relevant to corporate.

Able to handle Internal / Statutory Audits and Auditors

Development and roll out of accounting related MIS

Job Description

Day to day accounting and accounting MIS (Journal, Payments, Receipts, Contra, Debit notes, Credit Notes, Tax (GST) entries etc.). Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.

Maintaining GST, TDS, PF related data and details

Proper maintenance of books keeping, records & documentation

Timely and accurate submission of GST returns, TDS returns, PF Returns, PT Returns

Timely and accurate submission of amount and returns pertaining to GST, TDS, and in relevant portals.

Bank reconciliation and Client / Vendor Reconciliation statement

Ability to prepare and analyze Trial Balance, P & L Account and Balance Sheet.

Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.

Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
