Who is Eligible for SSB Odisha Lectures Post

The State Selection Board has established eligibility criteria based on three criteria: educational qualifications, age, and category-wise vacancy.

Educational Qualification

A candidate shoutd possess a Master’s Degree in the subject concerned from a
recognized University with at teast 55% marks or its equivatent grade on the date of apptication.
Provided that, a candidate belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduted Tribes, SEBC and/or PwD shatt possess a Master’s Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at teast 50% marks or its equivatent grade on the date of apptication.

Age Limit

Candidate must have attained the age of 21 and must not be above the 42 years old as of September 1 2023. 5 years for SC, ST, SEBC, Women, and Ex-Servicemen and 10 years for PwD whose disablity is not less than 40%.Continuous service grants up to 10 years’ relaxation (max age 55). If eligible for multiple relaxations, the most beneficial one applies.
